How to Order
How do I find an item? You can use the search box in the top right to search for any item within the shop. You can also enter a product number into the search box to locate a specific item.
How do I find out more about an individual item?By clicking on the product image or the MORE INFO button you can view the full details and images (where available).
How do I buy an item?To buy any item simply click the ADD TO BASKET button to add it to your shopping basket.
What is my shopping basket?As you browse the shop, you can add items to your basket. If you are signed into your account, your order will automatically be saved so you can return to it at a later date. Please note that goods are NOT reserved for saved orders.
How do I pay for the items in my shopping basket?By clicking the CHECKOUT button you will be guided through the process of confirming your order, delivery address and payment.
How do I remove an item from my basket? Simply click the DELETE button to the right of the item in your basket to remove it. Note: if you would like to edit the quantity, please select EDIT instead.
Delivery Information
Do I have to pay for postage and packing?All deliveries are FREE within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, you will be advised how much additional postage you will need to pay during the checkout process. Please note that some items cannot be shipped abroad for legal reasons, or simply due to the weight or size of the package.
When will my goods be despatched?Your goods will normally be despatched within 2-3 working days by second class post unless otherwise stated in the product information.
What if my items don't arrive?If after 14 days of placing your order you have not received your items, or any notification of a delay, please call our customer service team on 01380 811888.
Returns Policy
Problem with your order?If you have received a damaged or faulty item, you can return it to us in with the delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for return within 14 days of the date you received them. The goods must be unopened (with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or can arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you (subject to stock availability).
Cancelling an OrderYou are able to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 days from the date the item is delivered. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 days.
All goods that are returned to Owners Group are your responsibility and you may wish to send goods by registered post, at your own cost. Items will not be accepted from Royal Mail unless the correct postage to us has been paid. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
